the invisible project.

The Invisible Project was a Graphite Pencil winner at the D&AD New Blood Awards 2018.

Brief : "Take a cause you believe in, and use the power of graphic design to make a difference. Design to agitate, educate, and inspire an audience, or the world, to get behind your cause."

Solution: My partner Nadia Lopresti and I decided we wanted to address the stigma surrounding mental health, creating The Invisible Project.

The Invisible Project aims to start a conversation about mental health among children by using Dropbox Paper. Children are invited to share how their mental illness feels to them in an attempt to express their emotions visually. Mental illness often goes unnoticed, unheard, and sometimes undiagnosed. If children are taught early on to talk about their mental health, it can help reduce stigma and help empower them. We believe that by talking about mental health, we can create a future where there is less silence.
